I made the cupcakes at the right (yesterday) for a Bake-Off at work today.
Voting hasn't begun yet, but hopefully I win a prize :D
If not, it was fun making this from scratch recipe found on Pinterest.
The link below is the actual recipe I followed, but as you can see from the post-it in the photo, their frosting wasn't thick enough to use as a frosting, so I mixed cinnamon with vanilla frosting and used the maple frosting as a drizzle. I also brought in extra of that & bacon, just in case it was needed.
